Blister Fill Control System POLYPHEM 1030

 

POLYPHEM 1030 is the solution for on-line monitoring and inspection of objects packed in modern blister packing machines.

The camera-based system is designed to perform a black & white inspection for:

  • Tablets, capsules
  • Oblongs, soft-gelatin capsules
  • Other objects (after sample test)

Even completely transparent gelatin capsules can be monitored with a special system setup.

Typically the formed blister filled with product is inspected prior to the sealing station.

During production the objects of each blister can be checked on:

  • Presence
  • Breakage, fragment
  • Shape deformation
  • Over-/Under-size
  • Position error

A standard range of available illumination units and camera filters serves to establish ideal inspection condition for:

  • Transparent and opaque (PVC, PP)
  • Aluminum cold-formed Blister material.

ARGUS 6012 Security system

Pharmaceutical end packaging is a security-sensitive part in pharmaceutical production. For the sake of the end user's health, all components which constitute a pharmaceutical product pack need to be correctly assembled and no mix-up may occur.

ARGUS 6012 is the base unit for security control of the highest level on all types of pharmaceutical packaging lines. Intelligent code readers identify the various types of coded packaging material and a powerful Eject-Control-System (ECS) interfaces with the machine to reliably reject any detected, faulty material.
